Who We are
We are #HomeIsHowYouBuildIt®. Started in 2015 and coined after the popular Tiny House and Van Life hashtag #HomeIsWhereYouParkIt, we began as a small, grassroots design and construction company specializing in tiny home and small space design. Since then we have inevitably found our way into residential homes that are desperate for a redesign, and begging for tiny home principles to be introduced in larger, yet emptier, spaces. Efficiency is what we do best, but the people we serve are what we love most. We love building efficient spaces but the relationships we build are just as important. Our passion is making lives better, and we do that through a genuine desire to help others and the freedom that comes with beautiful, clever, and intentional design. Our goal is not just to build you a home you LOVE, but a home where you and everything that is important to you, have a place to belong. Because for us, home is where beauty meets belonging.

Using the very best in 3-D Scanning and Rendering Software, we are able to scan your space and construct a specialized and strategic design around YOU and you style. Not only does this provide pinpoint precision for the HomeIsHowYouBuildIt® team to build to exact specification, but also produces a beautiful, high-definition renderings (with options) for you to change, correct, and approve before a single hammer is swung or a single dollar is spent! That is high definition visualization within 1/1,000 precision detailing before we even get started.
